Anti-fatigue Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect an hour before or straight after any sort of sporting endeavour. Healing enzymes in mango, banana and Fibrestore as well as lots of instant energy from their fruit sugars, plus slow release calories, antioxidants and fiber fights against fatigue.

Anti-fatigue Smoothie Recipe:

1cup ice cold water

1 ripe banana

1 ripe mango

1 scoop high-quality soluble and insoluble fiber mix (try Fibrestore Reliv)

3 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve with a straw.
