Brain Speed Smoothie
Recipe:
200ml cold water or low fat milk
1ripe banana
1scoop high-quality protein powder (I use Reliv Now)
1tbsp peanut butter
4 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients. line glass with choco syrup. Transfer to glass and serve with straw.
